Hypnosis Highlights Fannin Fundraiser

The Fannin County Rebels’ baseball team hosted a hypnosis night that featured the talents of Brent Paterline, a professor at North Georgia. Paterline was the featured hypnotist and treated the crowd of over 200 people to a plethora of party tricks. He convinced participants that they were on the moon, riding horses, dancing in the club. He even convinced some male volunteers that they were having babies and the female participants were the delivery nurses. The event was a fundraiser for the Rebel’s baseball team and drew in over 200 spectators. Fannin Coach David Dyer said that he plans to make it an annual event, with a target date of October, during football season when community interest is at its highest.
