Tim Mercier, of Mercier Orchards, will chair the Fannin County Chamber Board of Directors for 2011. Other officers include Glenn Harbison, The News Observer, Chairman-Elect, Richard York, Bank of Blue Ridge, Past Chairman and Rene Bidez, Treasurer.
