Matt 21:22 “Jesus said, and all things whatsoever you shall ask in prayer believing, you shall receive”.· It’s time to get your every need met.
· Do you need healing today in your body, or in your life?
· He is our complete healer.
· Question: what can you believe for today?

Come on, let’s do it today. I am with you. Let’s believe together for your needs.

Matt9:34.”And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people”.

· Jesus preached the Gospel, and healed all
· I am just testifying, and witnessing of him today.

What is your need? The word says, “Our God supplies everything that pertains to life, and Godliness.”

· Just how do we receive the promises of God?
· They come by faith, and faith operates by love.
· We then get the power of God, through faith in God.
· Well, we need to understand the power of God to access the promises of God.

You can get your need met here today even if you are powerless, because the power of God is in and upon me to minister the love and faithfulness of the Lord Jesus to you. Jesus said, if two of us agree as touching anything, it will be done for you of my Father which is heaven. · Question: Just how do you get yourself powered up to believe and grab hold of all the promises of God?
· We need faith in what God says to operate in his power.

Acts1:8 Jesus said, ”but ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth”.

Time to run the test and grade yourself, Jesus said ”ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you, and ye shall be witnesses unto me.”

Do you have witnessing power? I am not talking about trained or organized witnessing.

The Jehovah Witnesses are perfect at that.The white shirt Mormons on bicycles are good at it. They both talk to many people but, leave all of them without the real Lord Jesus, and powerless.

If you are baptized with the Holy Ghost, you are the witness, and you have the light of life in and upon you because the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and is in you.

Matt3:11 John the Baptist said, ”I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. But he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire”. Has He baptized you? How is your power working?

The baptism of fire is a total burning out, and purging of the old you. When you are left standing with nothing left in you but the love of God, you will be like a burning flame for God.

Acts1:5-8 Jesus said, ”for John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.”

I find that very few people have perfect understanding of the work of Holy Spirit. If you think you get baptized with the Holy Spirit when you fill out a card and become a member of a church, you don’t. You missed it, big time.

If you think you get all there is of the Holy Spirit when you go forward and shake the preacher’s hand, you don’t, you missed it, big time.
You would have to agree with this; if every Christian has the power of the Holy Spirit, if indeed they are the witnesses, and you see the condition of the church, you would have to conclude that the Holy Ghost would be, at best, a mighty weak power.

The Holy Spirit is not standard equipment that comes with salvation. However, He does seal you, and sets you apart. He marks you for God, forever, so to speak. You are zip locket in.

Eph1:13 “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise.”

Eph4:30 ”Grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.”
I want to encourage you today to receive a greater measure of the Holy Spirit. Our Lord Jesus said, “How much more will the Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him.”

I want you to know Him in His fullness. He is God here on the earth to present and to represent Jesus, and to empower you to carry out the work of Jesus through your lives.

Let’s look at the Holy Spirit’s work from the beginning.

John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Ghost from his mother’s womb before Jesus was ever born, because the Holy Ghost is always the one that bears witness of Jesus. He empowered John to reveal Jesus before Jesus was born. The Holy Spirit is more then we can ask or think.
Jesus was not born full of the Holy Ghost like John. He was fathered by God, the Holy Ghost, which made him like Adam before the fall, or like us after our sins are washed away and we are born again. Jesus was made like us.

Rom8:3 Paul said, ”God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh”.

Matt1:18-20 ”Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.”

“Behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost”.

Jesus was not baptized with the Holy Ghost until age thirty. However, He was fathered by, sealed, and set apart like we are at our “new born again birth”.

Lu3:22 “and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.” he was about age thirty.

· This is the first time Father God introduces Him to the world as His son. The son giving. Isa1:6
· When you read the words the son of man, it means son of Mary, or the CHILD born. Isa1:6

John1:32-33 ”And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon Him”. 33 “And I knew Him not: but He that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou shall see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, the same is He which baptizes with the Holy Ghost.” When Jesus ascended up to the Father, He said all power in heaven and earth has been giving unto me; He then sent forth the Holy Ghost to empower, comfort, lead, and guide us. He then told his disciples; don’t leave Jerusalem until you are powered up. (Acts1:4)

Now he wants to empower you.

Ask God, how much more He will give you. Do this after you have built up the faith for it, by reading and believing His word…We should want nothing less than to represent Our Lord Jesus with a spirit of excellence. That would be the presence and fullness of the Holy Spirit in, and upon you.
