Fannin County Middle School 8th grade teams have announced Students of the Month for December. Students are chosen by their academic teachers for this distinction. Qualifications for this honor include outstanding citizenship, good attendance, respectfulness toward faculty and peers, and a good academic standing.
Students chosen for December are: Tayelor Long (Team 8A), daughter of Bobby & Terry Long of Morganton; Josh Oliver (Team 8A), son of Clarissa Oliver of Epworth and Dale Oliver of Blue Ridge; Katie Curtis (Team 8B), daughter of Stacy & Sherry Curtis of Blue Ridge; and Ryan Beavers (Team 8B), son of Roger & Amy Beavers of Blue Ridge.
