Rebels Rise: Pick Off Pike at Area Duals

The Fannin County High School wrestling team competed this past weekend at the Area Duals. The rebels went 1-6 with a win against Pike 42-37. Receiving wins were Blake Carroll, Matthew Seabolt, Matthew Holtslander, Sean Callihan, Blake Callihan, Austin Hughes, and Daniel Lay. The Rebels lost a close one to Jackson by criteria since the match ended in a tie

The Rebels improved against greatly against Blessed Trinity and are continuing to make improvements. The next match will be January 17th in the new gym. During this match the seniors will be recognized and our USA youth wrestlers will be recognized. Please come support your wrestling team at 5:00 pm.
