The second matchup featured the 8th grade boy’s teams. This game was the exact opposite of the first game. Pickens led the whole way with Fannin making a strong push in the third quarter. Avery Kephart kept Fannin in the game with his court vision and ability to hit the 3 point shot. Kephart finished the game with 12 points. Adam Ingram played effectively as well, finishing the game with 11 points. Even though Kephart and Ingram both had good games, the three ball was falling much more for the Dragons, they went on to beat Fannin 44-36.
