“But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, because he has dealt bountifully with me.” Psalm 13:5-6.When the heavens are closed and we seem far away from you, O Lord, our hearts cry out for answers. We ask, “How long will you hide your face and not answer us?” These times of spiritual drought leaves our souls thirsty for the water of life. We want the fount to flow again.

What holds us near to you is our knowledge that you have always dealt bountifully with us. We know this will always be. So, help us to rejoice even in the drought times for the rains of refreshing are not far away. Bless this person in Christ with living water.
